こんにちは!
This Friday my school had a volunteer day. I was going with some friends to teach primary school kids English. They were super sweet, all of them! They were also really good at English, so that was nice. They loved me so much, I mean, when we were each given a group, my group's eyes just shined like christmas lights when they saw they were with me haha. That is so super cute, I love kids anyway - so I just loved it. I swear the little Japanese boys are so cute, I was so close to just steal one of them - if that in fact wasn't illegal I might just as well have done it. I could already imagine my mothers face if she saw me coming home with a child, but not just a child, a child who is already 6-7 years old haha. Could be fun to see that expression, but oh well. That was all in all great fun, but when I came home I was literally bombed. I was so exhausted, I could barely think straight. It's A LOT harder than you would think, probs to primary school teachers who does that everyday - that is one hell of a job. Even though the kids are super cute and sweet.
My school was going to do the same thing again Saturday (yesterday), but there was an AFS event the same day, so I didn't have to go to my school thingy. With AFS we were going to play with kids, so it was almost the same haha. Those kids were also super cute and really nice - I fell in love with one little girl, she was the cutest - and she had the same name as our house maid haha. She even asked me to go with her to the toilet just so she could wash her hands, I mean - how cute is that?
So, we played with all these super cute kids and it was great fun. Then we had to give them autographs. We sat down in front of our countries flag and the kids lined up in front of us. After that we could go eat & drink some tea, water etc. But... My line was SO long, when all the others were done and had started to eat, I was still sitting there signing the rest of these kids papers. I had no idea that Japanese kids would love me as much as kids in Denmark do - it's so nice. Made me happy, but damn it was hard to sign THAT many papers haha. After I went up and ate a lot! A lot of kids came and wanted me to sign their fans and bags - so cute.
I ate a lot of popcorn & cotton candy (which is candyfloss in Danish and Michelle told me if you translate cotton candy's dutch name into English it becomes "Sugar Spider" hahaha, I LOVE that, I'm going to call it Sugar Spider the rest of my life).
Then we went to Tanaka-san's house, she's a member of AFS, and ate a lot of pizza, curry and fruit. I surprised EVERYONE with my love for oranges, I ate 64 pieces of oranges (we counted them). I wonder how many whole oranges that is? Haha. So well, I was full. After eating we had a quiz about all the members, it was funny and well... Hard. Two of the guys, who I guess lost, had to get their legs waxed - it was SO much fun!

Poor guy, but damn. It was funny!! After that we went home and slept.
Today I'm just going to relax and at 5 we'll go to the movies and watch Men In Black 3 - can't wait - I LOVE Men In Black haha.
I'm going to go shopping with Michelle Wednesday - so that'll be good, she's always lots of fun. Reminds me, I found this Purikura of us today - I think it's super cute, here's also pictures of last weeks bento & a finger we made for our Ghost House in the school festival next month.
